- "You are weak, Darth Atrumcavus. I could strike you down and claim your power. Nobody would ever need to know it was me."
- ―Oblivron to Darth Atrumcavus
Martin Harvey (known by a select few as Lord Oblivron) is a man of distinct privacy, who stood behind Daniel Turner as his second-in-command in the Trade Federation and the Hassarkian Consortium. He was almost an informal aide to the Viceroy, before taking the position himself after the events of the Third Jedi Convocation. Officially, he was a businessman on Kel Dor who moved through the politics of his home world, before gaining the attention of Turner.
He is a former member of the Organization, a Lord of Darkness, who turned from the cause before the end. Darth Atrumcavus hid his identity, and took him on as a Hand. However, the relationship became more of a friendship, as a deeper connection within the Force was made between them. He struggled with his affinity to the Darkness for many years, however, with the use of a necklace he found it easy to conceal.
He took on his apprentice, Victoria Indigo, who eventually became his fiancé. He was granted the formal Sith name of Darth Leto by his apprentice, finally absolving him of his Darkness sins.
