Korriban City is the capital city of the planet Korribanos. It shares its name with the ancient mausoleum world of the Sith, after which the planet was also named. In addition to being the planetary capital, it also serves as the capital city of the galaxy-spanning Galactic Empire. Korriban is sometimes referred to as 'Imperial City'. It has so far remained the Imperial Capital city for its entire 1000 year reign.
