Charlie Loss was a human male Confederate Jedi who served on the Confederate Jedi High Council as a Jedi Master and diplomat to the Confederate government and other governments. He was believed to have been killed in 4 NE during the Aztec Sith assault on the Jedi Temple in Texas. His body has never been recovered, and some believe him to be still alive somewhere.
First Confederate War and Supposed DeathEdit
- "Fellow councilors, let us allow the bloodlust to fade from our vision over this matter. As Jedi, we revere life; not relish in causing events to take more life. Let us find a peaceful solution to this mess."
- ―Charlie Loss speaking to a meeting of the Confederate Jedi High Council previous to the outbreak of the First Confederate War.
With the outbreak of the First Confederate War, Jedi Master Charlie Loss was one of the few cool headed masters on the Confederate Jedi High Council. Rather than for outright war, Loss wished to see some sort of compromise between the Confederate Government and the Allied Government. Loss was one of the two representatives who attended the brief peace talks that took place on the Aleutian Islands between the A.S.A. and the C.S.A.. He was the more diplomatic Jedi of the two, as Rahm Kota was the other Jedi attending who was known for his blunteness.
After the fall through of the initial peace talks and the outbreak of war, Loss continued to work his diplomatic channels per request of the Provisional President, Aden Fader. He was present at the temple in Texas when the Aztec Sith launched their attack.
Loss successfully defended himself against the onslaught until Confederate Grand Admiral James Loke directed a turbolaser barrage at the temple. He was last seen by other Jedi as a large chunk of stone fell from the ceiling atop of him. After the end of that battle and the conclusion of the war, excavation teams spent nearly a year digging through the remains of the collapsed temple to find the bodies of the deceased Jedi that had been present. All the missing had been accounted for except for Loss. As of 12 NE, he was still listed as missing in action.
An Individual QuestEdit
When the large chunks of ceiling fell upon Loss, he was able to protect himself by throwing up a Force bubble and escaping out the side of the building before it collapsed.
