Alfred Si is the Chancellor of The Galactic Union of Pyidaungzu Myanma Naingantaw. He was the founder of the Confederacy of Independent Systems before resigning from leadership positions to become a General of the Imperial Army in the The Galactic Empire. With plenty of military and diplomatic experience, the Chancellor retains discipline both on the battlefield and in government quarters. He is the descendant of democracy leader Aung Myin Ko who was one of the founders of the current and new democratic Myanmar in 2011. His family has a long history of resentment against brutal military regimes, and strives to rid the world of corruption.
